Windy Meadows is responsible for producing dogs that have genetic issues, aggression/behavioural issues, and many illnesses such as parvo.

The dogs at Windy Meadows are overbred, even as much as up to 7 times in a dogs life. The recommended amount of litters for a dog to have in a lifetime is 3 at most. This can be proven with a simple search of their facebook group throughout the years. After these dogs can no longer produce puppies they are marked as “retired” and given away.

These animals are living in poor conditions in a barn made of nothing but wood, concrete, and saw dust. With the many pictures circulating around it is quite obvious that these dogs are not being maintained.. with matted and dirty fur.

They had an outbreak of parvo last spring and still refuse to temporarily shut down for the safety of all the dogs. Parvo can live in the ground for up to 12-18 months, and they are certainly not following the recommended lock down period.

Many previous dog owners have reached out hoping for help with sick dogs that are as young as two years old needing major surgery because of their poor genetics. Also, many owners have brought home puppies only for them to be diagnosed with parvo only days after them being home. They are unresponsive when it comes to addressing these important issues or helping new owners with their sick puppy.
