Sen. Mitt Romney is trying to get his ENND(Ending New Nicotine Dependencies) bill S.2519 passed. This bill would make all flavored e-liquid illegal, as well as all open systems(the kind you put your own liquid in), and it would implement a tax on whatever products that were left that would rival the tax on cigarettes.
