On 7/19/2020 my daughter Aliyah was found hung. She was holding a cellphone! Police ruled it a suicide with no investigation or questions asked. HPD said she took a backpack with her that contained I.D. ear pods (those were fully charged) house keys, pack of cigarettes and someone took phone out her hand and put it in backpack. HPD didn't even bother to check front zipper of backpack that contained 2 tubes of lipstick. Police said she jumped from balcony. Her neck was not Broken NO damage to her neck inside or out! Ligature marks go directly around her neck! Not up towards the ears at all! Aliyahs apartment door was locked. HPD said she walked upstairs outside barefoot but there was no dirt on her feet. The ligature they said she used was her fitted bed sheet! That was previously cut! It was cut to 21 inches, the balcony was 33 inches she was 66 inches. HPD never looked for piece that was cut! I have obtained a picture of my daughter hanging from a security guard and she is holding a cellphone. I have the security guard recorded asking him so you found my daughter hanging?  He said no. I said you didn't find my daughter hanging and take a picture? He said no I was mistaken. I said if I found someone hanging I'm going to remember that. Then all of a sudden he remembered! I asked why he took a picture he said so the people's could be held accountable! The ex-girlfriend is recorded saying my daughter went out with a BANG! HPD have police reports (and there are witnesses) that the ex-girlfriend abused my Aliyah and they have an eye-witness that the ex-girlfriend Courtney Brown busted Aliyahs window after she was dead. Moorison of HPD homicide is recorded saying they don't investigate abuse or broken windows! HPD homicide has been rude to me and treated me like garbage since day one! They have said things like they know the ex-girlfriend is toxic but they asked NO questions because no one was on the scene! I was told freedom of speech when I informed them the ex Courtney Brown is on an app called Stereo and her username is Aliyah killer! HPD told me the case is closed and no matter what evidence I have it will not be reopened! Moorison said everyone has been advised by it and is on the same page the DA the chief of police everyone! EMS report states my daughter's skin was cold, mottled and extremities were showing signs of rigor mortis! The report also states they got to my daughter's body at 4:53 a.m. but they called her time of death at 4:43 a.m. HOW???? I have an EMS Dr. recorded saying from the report he is reading it sounds like my daughter was dead for a while! He also stated it takes a long time for your skin to be mottled! My daughter wasn't even hanging an hour! I NEED HELP! Aliyah could be your child! I was not allowed to identify my own child's body! I did not find out she was dead till 4 days later and it wasn't by police! POWER IS IN NUMBERS! HPD needs to be held accountable! This could happen to anyone! Please I beg you help Aliyah Wilson get the justice she deserves! Her life mattered she was only 22! Thank you REOPEN THE CASE FOR ALIYAH WILSON! INVESTIGATE!
