Reverse your decision not to prosecute Lord Janner on the grounds he is 'too ill' with dementia.

This decision not only demonstrates your total disregard for the alleged
victims but also denies them their right to see justice be done.
It also gives credence to the public's perception that there is a deliberate
attempt to cover up cases of historic sexual abuse of children to protect the
interests of those at the very top of our society.
Furthermore, it is astonishing that Janner, who is deemed too ill to stand trial
for allegations as serious as these should be appointed to a parliamentary
committee. Surely it is wholly inappropriate that he should be spared a trial
on the grounds of dementia yet be allowed to sit on a parliamentary committee.
Therefore, we the undersigned demand that you reverse your decision not to
prosecute Lord Janner for allegations of child sex abuse on the grounds that he
is 'too ill' with dementia and initiate full legal proceedings.
