Solution and Accountability for police brutality. Please keep in mind we are all people including the police who are paid and have sworn to protect us. If they are not here to protect and serve they are going against the true value of their duty as a service member of our society.

Police brutality has been a constant plague in the African American community. In order to help prevent this from happening we have devised a solution.

1.) Police who use excessive force and unjustifiably cause the death of an unarmed person should be prosecuted AND charged accordingly to the fullest extent of the law.

2.) As a result, the police should also be charged with inciting riots and also be held personally liable for damaged property from the resulting riots.  

3.) Pensions and benefits should be revoked and they should no longer be allowed to work in law enforcement or any other government employment. Tax payers should not be required for one person's misuse of power. Riots and protest cost cities millions of dollars and can potentially but others including other police officers at risk.
