The U.S. Immigration Enforcement and Customs, better known as ICE, is separating families and violating human rights. President Donald Trump believes that ICE workers are "American heroes" and deserved to be funded more. However, they are not heroes at all. They are monsters who are hurting young children and families. ICE has stated that the kids being detained in camps are being taken care of, but it's not true. Two innocent children have died under ICE custody. Jakelin Caal, seven, and Felipe Gómez Alonzo, eight. This is absolutely disgusting and should not be happening. Children are being violated sexually, physically, emotionally, psychologically, and are being denied their human rights. We should not be funding ICE. We should be defunding them to prevent any more children from dying and from separating families. Funding ICE means we are directly funding human rights violations. Defund ICE immediately.
