Reasons: 
He's extremely Active
He's our Only Trainer to train 101st (AKA BMT or Daily Training to refresh our Memories)
He has been Organizing the 101st (AKA Discord, Rosters, PIRS)
He also helps out as much as he can with the 101st Since Fletcher had Retired..
And Demoting the most active CO will eventually kill the 101st as he is working really hard for this division.
