I'm starting this petition because I love dogs and cats and I have been to a couple shelter and Miami Dade is the worst the condition they have the dogs in are horrible in humane and to top it off they kill them just because even the ones that have adopters in the waiting area it is just so sad ever time I turn around another animal is getting killed these poor animals deserve a chance to be loved and have a family please let's join together we are their voice
