The Orlando Magic have clearly regressed as the season has gone along under Skiles. His schemes have been continuously exploited by opposing coaches, yet he never makes adjustments. Worse yet, his attitude is toxic especially for this young roster: he never owns up to his mistakes, he continuously berates certain players, and worst of all he picks favorites and only holds players he doesn't favor "accountable." 

It was clear to the fan base from the start that he was only hired because of his relationship with the ownership and specifically Alex Martins. Keeping him on as head coach will irreparably damage the product on the court and damage the franchise long term. Correct this mistake before its too late.
