I recently purchased a Protocycler through ReDeTec's website, on the face of it, everything appeared fine, but then I noticed when I started looking for an indication of delivery time line, that clients were receiving their units more than 12 months later after purchase, this got me worried, this unit that has been purchased for my business was purchased by an investor, if I knew there was these glaring supply issues.  I would've not got the investor to purchase the unit.

Another worrying thing is that the people running the business have gone silent, they appear to still be running the business, but are not responding to any correspondence and not providing any timelines regarding product delivery.  This as a result is making this business look like a scam operation.

Therefor this petition is to let the owners of ReDeTec know that us their customers want regular updates, and or refunds, if they cannot deliver the product.  As for a product that has had a lot of positive news on it driving sales, and now to find people either have lost their money or received a product that is not what is as expected, is absolutely concerning, so I'm running this petition to get Dennon the lead contact at ReDeTec to pull his head out of the sand and start speaking to his clients.

All we want is what we paid for, or our money refunded!
