Decide NOT to repeal the Hunting Act

The Issue

The hunting Act ensures that foxes, hares, deer & other mammals are protected from the horrors of traditional hunting. Hunting is not pest control, it is violent and sadistic and done in the name of sport.

Some MP's are prepared to use their free vote to repeal this. Sadly my MP has stated that "he will not pre-decide on legislation. He said that on this (and indeed any) Bill, he will make up his mind when draft legislation is published and after listening carefully to the arguments on both sides."

Please help me to show him that his constituents & others, do not approve of this bland response. That his decision must be made based on the facts and not on what a small section of wealthy hunters want, or on what some of his fellow MPs and David Cameron wants. Our wildlife deserves protection from cruelty.  MP's represent us and over 80% of the British public are against the repeal of the hunting act.

Any decent human being would not allow an animal to be terrorised, chased with hounds for hours, terrified & finally ripped apart and killed.

Let's give all animals the same protection & keep the hunting ban.

Please take a minute or two to sign my petition & hopefully be a part of assisting my MP in  making the right decision - one that his constiuents can be happy with and proud of.
