I want to show that the cyclists need to object to this location as much as the residents. They are being fobbed off with a poor smaller track to suit Byrne's vanity project. Please if you are interested in cycling and think its good for Bolton in the right location sign this petition and lets make cyclists aware that this track location is unsuitable and originally rejected!
