Next Step To Delay the Reopening of Schools

It was unanimously decided at last tonight's NCNM Meeting (No Cuts New Mexico) that the safest way to begin the the school year is with distance learning. We are looking for as many community members to sign up for the July 15th, APS Board Meeting to let the district leadership know how we feel about going back in August:

Prior to the board meeting, an email campaign directed at board members and the superintendent will begin. Feel free to write your own comments or copy and paste the prewritten response provided:
Subject line: Begin the school year with distance learning

Body of the letter:
The start of SY 20/21 should begin with distance learning until it is safe for students, educators, and the community at large to go back to school.
