My civil rights were violated during a criminal trial, of a crime I did not commit.  There was concrete evidence (fingerprint analysis), that could have been performed that would have proven my innocence.  However, Detective Keith Chisholm tainted the evidence (holding it in his hand), by not utilizing proper procedures in collecting the evidence making it impossible for the defense to prove my innocence.  Hearsay testimony was used, and perjury committed by the prosecution. Judge Vera Massey Jones introduced reasonable doubt when she  questioned the prosecution, conducted interviews with the prosecution and  neglected to share with the defense team any information pertaining to interviews with prosecution. I have been falsely incarcerated  "It's time to Right this Wrong."
