Alberta Health Services COVID Policy tries to compel people to follow rules too strict that forces people who comply to find options that puts them at risk of transmission equal to non-compliance in order meet their needs and forces people to seek satisfaction of needs outside controlled areas to meet needs that can't be accomplished in areas where those needswere met that are now under control.

By not evaluating people's behaviour under the rules other than coopertative-uncooperative, and examining the merit of valid complaints, Public Health officials enable granting dictatorial powers to politicians and negates their own authority as public health officials, and exacerbates conflict in the population.
