In my life i'v known many dogs that have froze to death. The many reasons I see this happening, is the lack of compassion from the owner and not caring anymore for the pet. It really puzzles me how anyone can live comfortably knowing their animal is suffering out in the cold. Im tired of seeing this happen and i'm sure everyone else feels the same. Im here asking for your support in this cause to introduce a new ordinances in the effort to protect these animals from dying each year in the freezing mountain weather.
