Being a domestic violence survivor. I would like to see stiffer laws in place to make it harder for a person to commit a violent act then get right out. Unlike myself everyone is not as fortunate to make it out alive. We call the police and they say we have to make a appointment to put a warrant out. The victims have to go through so much before any help is given nine times out of ten it ends bad. March 21, 2018 I lost my great niece to domestic violence, May memorial day 2019 my neighbor was murdered from domestic violence and a woman dies at a higher rate than natural cause or car accident at the hand of a person that say they love them. Alot of people say what can we do. Sign this petition let our women and men know you care and you will do what ever it takes to keep them safe. Not only our women but our community to gun violence period. Please take the time to sign your name and let's get this ball rolling mines, yours or a family member could be depending on you.
