This petition is to find justice for my Brother Tommy Lee Horton Jr aka T.J. Was T.J's death wrongful and untimely? Or was it brought on by the malicious act of a hate crime, which plague many black communities across the globe, flooded by drugs, crime, and unregulated pharmicuetical drugs. Lets protect black communities and get Fentanyl off the streets.
