This petition is a request that parole be denied to Bobby Gene Smith, Jr. who murdered his son Christopher “Chris” Gene Smith on July 18, 2010. Bobby Gene has proven on numerous occasions that he willfully and blatantly disregards the Laws of the State of Alabama. His offenses range from petty theft all the way to MURDER. Anyone who willfully takes the life of another individual should not have a place in society. He should be forced to serve out the maximum of his life sentence. My name on this petition is a request on my part to ask the Board of Pardons and Parole to deny this individual his request for parole.
