To categorize a dog as vicious just because of its breed, is undeniably unfair. There are plenty of sweet as pie dogs that are classified as vicious just because they are pit bulls or another bully breed. Dogs should only be classified as vicious when they have proved that to be true.The state of Ohio has recently passed a law to end BSL statewide but cities are able to uphold their own ordinances. I think it is time for Akron to stand with Ohio and Cleveland and numerous other cities and overturn this unfair legislation.
