Respected Sir, We are allotees of plots under YEIDA scheme 2009(1). As successfull candidate we were allotted plot in sector 18 and sector 20 of YEIDA in Nov 2009. Possession was commited in allotment letter after 4yrs i.e. Nov 2013 with 75% payment. *Even after 1461 days of promissed possession date and 75% payment to YEIDA, we have not got possession. * YEIDA is asking for extra compensation and charging 14% interest or cancel the plot - in case we do not adhere to payment terms/ interest for the plot which YEIDA either do not have land or are under court stay. * No development near to possession is even visible after payment of 75% and 1461days delay of possession date. Where all money has gone? * Even after regular follow ups , there is no commitment or communication from YEIDA for possesion on plots at any level. * Sir....our hard earned money has gone to YEIDA with a hope to get plot and make home to live. Now our 21,000 families (min 1lac people) dream for House is under darkness and we steongly feel as cheated by YEIDA auth under a good Governess of UP-Govt. We are under tremendous pressure from YEIDA to pay money, extra compensation and interest only- without any commitment for delivery at any level. We still feel as looted our hard earned money under Akhilesh ji and Modi ji leadership and governess, No change for us. We request humbly to concerned Authorities e.g. YEIDA, Noida Auth, UP Govt and Urban Development Ministry of India , to look in to it and save our hard earned-life time saved money and our family future.
