Here are some shocking facts which are hard to believe !

Paying Rs.25 Additionally per ticket every time for 3D Glasses when we are booking the ticket in Bookmyshow/PVR website.(Mandatory through Online Bookings) is a biggest burden when we see it with longer Vision.

At an Average 4 Friends/Family members went for 2 3D movies every month.
Total Burden : 2*4*25=200(50 per person)
Total Burden per Year : 12*200 = Rs.2400/- (600/- Per Person)
On an Average for a citizen , 600 is the burden for 3D Glasses. If once can buy the 3D Glasses for 100 Rupees and they can use them for their life time. This process will save the 500 rupees per year for Every Citizen.

Average Burden per show, counting 200 members per one show and 6 shows at an average per day per multiplex and taking 5 multiplexes per city in 7 cities.

Total Burden on public per Day : 7*5*6*200 = 42000
Per Year: 42000 members *365 days=1.53 crores

Total Least possible Burden : 1.53 crores * 25 per citizen = 38.4 crores.

If we take one movie per month instead of 2 , then it will be approximately 19.2 crores per year which is not a small amount.

PVR & Bookmyshow must provide the privilege for the users to make it OPTIONAL while booking the tickets through PVR Website so that one who had glasses can not bear the additional 25 rupees burden everytime. Everytime when we book, we will ignore this and we will let it go. But as I can forsee , this is the impact of only 3D Glasses.

We request PVR & Bookmyshow to notice this and solve the problem and I request all the citizens to help me in proceeding further on this petition.
