As lifelong Astros fans we've had our ups and downs. Last year when we hoisted the Commissioners Trophy was a high point. However, being swept by the Mariners was a low. 

Our team has been ravaged by injuries but that's no excuse for the way our once record breaking offense has been shitting the bed. And in our own park that withstood the rains of Hurricane Harvey no less.

Because the Astros have not been winning at their expected rate the Oakland Athletics have gained a great deal of ground and are currently sitting at 2 games back and will be hosting us in a potential playoff preview this weekend.
