Facing problems and issue about airtel network

I am facing data network issues for last 6 months, I have talked many times with customer care and they everytime says that network is ok. I have changed 4 mobiles in last 6 months but it's doesn't effect. After call dropping problem it's another problem data dropping. I have recharged of 399 rs. For 1 gb per day 4g data benifit but there is no data speed more than 15 kb/s. When I talked to customer care lady they force me to keep sim in slot one. Guys if both sim slots are 4g enabled then what's the need to keep in slot 1. Again I called someone other customer care executive and warned her solve this problem or I have to port sim in another network then she shouted on me and cut the call. I was the loyal customer of airtel I did not buy reliance jio even after jio sim was free and easily available. But now I bought that because of the very bad experience with airtel. I twitted many time to airtel but they did not even reply me. I am thinking to tell all of my friends and all of my family members and relatives to through out the airtel sim. I am frustrated with airtel network now. I have wasted my 399 rs on airtel for 2 times. I hope airtel india will do something on the behalf of my petition other wise I have to move out from airtel.
