It is a norm in INDIA that all recruitment notifications should be fair , swift and transparent. But recruitment 02/2015 in the airport authority of India does not fit this norm.

This notifications includes those students as well who appeared for the same recruitment drive in the year 2012, which was cancelled. It also includes the departmental candidates of AAI. All of this is fine but considering the fact that the recruitment was posted in April 2015 , including students who applied in 2012 , it is delayed way beyond what is considered acceptable timing.

After releasing the notification , they did not inform when the exam was going to be held and the candidates had to keep checking their website from April to December when They declared that the exam will be held in January , 2016. Now that the exam has taken place , we have no news about the results !!

This was an online exam , these exams have the unique quality that the result can be calculated fairly quickly. Take for example GATE , which is an all INDIA exam but they provide a proper timeline on when to apply , when the examination will take place , when will the results be declared . , But this is not the case here , its already April 2016 , they have released yet another notification and this time people like us with B.tech from CS/IT are not even eligible to apply for the manager posts as their is no recruitment for the MANAGER(IT) profile.

 Our only hope is that the results come out with haste and with utter transparency.On trying to contact AAI , their officials say they do not know when results will be out and to keep checking the website . This is sheer lack of acknowledgement to students who have been waiting for an year now to get results. 

Please help us in getting our voices heard by the airport authority officials so  they can respond to this petition. At least they could declare a month when results would be out so people can plan accordingly.
