As a host/superhost community we all want a fair review system from AirBnB. We (AirBnB, Hosts and Guests) are all in this together as a Symbiosis. When the guests break the rules of their stay and are reported to AirBnB for violations, then most of the times they leave a bad review out of spite, which unfortunately and unfairly reduces your chances of reaching and/or maintaining a 4.8 rating. Secondly the cutoff for Super Host is 4.8 rating but there is no way for the guests to give you fractional star ratings, They can rate you either 4 stars or 5 stars but there should be a way to award 4.1, 4.2, 4.3......4.9 stars too.

We would like to invite seasoned and experienced Hosts and Super Hosts and AirBnB Executives to have a conference and discuss the review system and refine the review system, where unfair/spiteful/revengeful reviews get proper attention from AirBnB and duly deleted. 

I am seeking a two step process:

1: Support this petition so that we have enough number of supporters (Hosts, Super Hosts and and Guests too) so that our voice is heard by AirBnB and they accept our invitation to come to the discussion table.

2: Make changes to the review system, after we as a community agree to the majority of changes discussed in these meetings.
