Air Asia: Remove the "Processing Fee" imposed for online bookings via credit card
The Issue
This fee (RM16.00-return) is totall unnecessary, as other airlines do not impose such charges.
Tony Fernandes excuse is for upgrading and maintenence of their website.
This should be under thier capex and the expense not to be passed on to consumers.
