This is important since career and livelihood of more than a million Engineers with AMIE,IETE,AeSI ICE(I),IME (I) are affected by the withdrawal of recognition by MHRD Government of India from May 30,2013.Its likely that most employers in India will be requesting for new recognition for AMIE,IETE,AeSI Degree from AICTE after the said date.This will affect both new as well as past pass out Engineers as they won't be eligible for Engineer position.Many of past AMIE,AeSI,IETE Engineers have achieved exemplary position in Engineering society and this recognition is very much necessary for pending AMIE,AeSI,IETE Degrees.Also many have already completed their Master and Phd in Engineering and have secured very respected position in engineering community without any other additional degree before pursuing AMIE,AeSI,IETE.We would appreciate your timely action regarding the matter.MHRD has issued misleading circular on 06 December 2012 mentioning that AMIE,AeSI,IETE recognition will be withdrawn on 30 May 2013.MHRD had mentioned that after May 31,2013 the burden of recognition will lie with AICTE.In last 5 years no significant development have been noticed in this regard.AICTE has been requesting for another full time degree prior to start of AMIE,AeSI,IETE.It doesn't makes lot of sense due to age limit 21-25 years in Engineering jobs in India.Why would some body study for double Engineering Degrees at same time at Bachelor Degree level.Please intervene in this issue as AICTE has not made significant development  regarding the pending request for AMIE,AeSI,IETE IME(I),ICE(I) recognition despite all these programs satisfy AICTE hybrid blend mode Degree programs.This is affecting more than a million AMIE ,AeSI,IETE IME ICE(I) Engineers.This issue has been going on for past 7 years since 2010 and I wish Government of India AICTE need to start looking seriously towards same.
