Recently, "Ai:Art"  has been gaining a whole lot of traction on social media, and many problems have arose as result of the use of "Ai: Art" by "artists" who claim they made the work themselves or are claiming they are "AI: Artists" and are gaining many followers and profiting off of work that isn't theirs and only took seconds to minute to create, while artists who take their time and pour love into their work are being left behind in the dust as a result. 

Therefore as an initial framework to resolving the issue, i believe that rules for AI: art needs to be put into action on multiple social media platforms used to promote artists work, such as Twitter and Instagram, or sell work such as on Paatreon and need to be added to these platforms TOS. 

While AI generated images/"Art" may not be able to be barred completely from these platforms, i believe there are rules or new TOS guidelines that can be implemented on Twitter and Instagram to mitigate the impact it has on artists that genuinely take time to produce their art after learning all necessary techniques.

1) Ai: art should not be able to be monetized or commissioned for on these platforms and solely should, be reserved for entertainment purposes, as the AI uses unauthorized pieces of compiled artists' works. 

If this art is found to be monetized, action should be taken against the account in question and they should not be able to make follow up accounts.

2) If presented art is generated by an artificial intelligence, it MUST be disclosed that the piece was created by such a tool and or used for the specific piece. 

If not disclosed, action shall be taken against the account in question.
