Petition updateAi ALERT : international law for identifiable & traceable Ai technology

“EU AI Act” Enforcement & New Transparency Rules Enacted for Ai Chatbots, Deepfakes, and more

InterNational AntiRacism Group [INARG]NY, United States
Aug 4, 2026

In the short period of this [INARG] petition alone Ai technology has advanced to become (achieving one goal of its developers & owners) the best copy machine, the best  imitator,  best faker and thusly also  “best”  tool to  mislead and manipulate adults and children (and animals for that matter).

On August 2nd, two days ago,  the European Union/EU took more needed actions to protect society from “Ai Harm” by beginning to enforce Article 50, new content and transparency rules for  Ai Chatbots & Deepfakes,  and more.

According to the Ai Commission guidance, providers of Ai systems have until December 2, 2026, to comply to the regulations as required for their particular Ai technology.

While there are some aspects of these recent regulations that Ai developers , deployers (“deployers” are the organizations , officials, persons,  using an AI system and under their authority decided how Ai system operated) and others may try to misuse, such as;  “Artistic, creative, satirical and fictional works remain subject to disclosure, although the label can be presented in a way that does not disrupt the display or enjoyment of the work…”  As some of members of [INARG] are artists, poets, writers we fully  appreciate this consideration. [INARG] , as others, would not be surprised if  there were to be many false claims of “artistic” Ai works made in attempts to misuse this consideration.

Ai regulations, as is the development of Ai technologies,  are “works in progress”.  We are at only the beginning of establishing guidelines to protect us all from Ai Harm. There is definitely, unfortunately, “catch up”, lots, to do regarding implementing worldwide regulations for this harmful technology.

[INARG] appreciates your support of this petition effort, as part of public actions against Ai-Harm.
