Complaint about the slow Visa Issuance Process for Quebec Approved Applicants

Complaint about the slow Visa Issuance Process for Quebec Approved Applicants
The Issue
We are writing this letter to express our concern about the slow process of visa issuance for the approved Quebec applicants of 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013 (skilled workers, investors, self employed & entrepreneurs) In Canadian embassies all over the world.
The approved applicants started their immigration process five or six years ago and they have submitted all the necessary documents such as Work, Insurance, and Language Proficiency Certificates.
These applicants have undergone great burden in preparing and putting together their applications and they have been waiting for visa issuance for over a year now. They will need to plan for the transition of their children’s education from their country to Canada, arrange for selling or renting their place, selling their belongings in Iran, giving notice to their employees, and preparing money for their journey.
With regard to the difficulty and confusion over the uncertain wait time, we would be immensely grateful if these applicants could be prioritized and visa issuance process be expedited. We would like to appreciate your time and attention to this matter.
With respect
Quebec-selected skilled workers, investors, self employed & entrepreneurs years 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013 awaiting visa
