STOP THE CULLING OF STRAY CATS & DOGS IN SINGAPORE STOP THE KILLING and IMPLEMENT ALTERNATIVE ETHICAL SOLUTIONS There is no one perfect solution but there are other ways in which to humanely and ethically manage Stray dog & cat populations in Singapore. TRAP NEUTER AND RETURN (TNR) has been proven to work in greatly reducing and managing the number of strays, with great success. I implore you to sign this petition to save the unowned cats & dogs’ population and to demand the Government to legalize, support, fund and implement TNR programs Also enforcing stringent laws in grounds of breeding animals shut down backyard breeders and enforce harsher penalties. Allow pet lovers, individuals and rescue groups , with tighter laws and adoption education  programs funded by the GOVT, to adopt these animals instead of limiting by Property type.
