Beste mevrouw Jongerius,

 

  Als bezorgde Roemenen vragen wij u vriendelijk doch zeer, zeer dringend:

    -sluit de Roemeense PSD namens de Partij van Arbeid  uit van verdere samenwerking met u

    -vraag hen om het onlangs  gebruikte geweld  tegen vreedzame demonstranten te verantwoorden.   Volgens ons bewijzen recente ontwikkelingen voldoende dat de PSD de Europese Socialistische principes niet meer afdoende vertegenwoordigt ,speciaal de artikelen 1,2,3 en 12 van de beginselverklaring van de PES met voeten treedt. Bovendien  zet zij het recht op demonstratie op losse schroeven, zoals vastgelegd door de Europese Mensenrechtenconventie in art 9-11:

    -ze voeren wetten door die corruptie legaliseren. Met  name corrupte politici ontlopen zo straf

    -prominenten die corruptie succesvol bestrijden bij justitie, leger en politie worden ontslagen en vervangen door gelijkgestemden met de PSD

    -ze handhaven corruptie en wetgeving waardoor onschuldige mensen sterven omdat kwaadwillend en incompetent bestuur kansen krijgt

    -ze hinderde de afgelopen dagen vreedzame demonstraties op alle mogelijke manieren en zette de oproerpolitie (gendarmerie)  in, die pepperspray, (traan)gas, waterkanonnen en zelfs granaten gebruikte. Resultaat: meer dan 500 gewonden, vrouwen, mannen, kinderen, ouderen, zelfs gehandicapten. Veel videobeelden getuigen hiervan.

    -ze negeren protesten van de eigen bewolking volkomen en proberen met vijandige kunstgrepen aan de macht te blijven

   -hun beleid polariseert de bewolking en destabiliseert de samenleving aan de oostgrens van de EU

   -veel  leden van de PSD hebben een strafblad. Ze  zouden wettelijk niet in het  parlement mogen zitten.

 Wij, Roemenen uit binnen- en buitenland demonstreren maar worden in eigen land genegeerd en zelfs bestreden. Kan Europa ons helpen???  Subsidies komen zo echt  slecht terecht.

 Uw collega’s uit Denemarken en Zweden is deze steun inmiddels ook gevraagd.

Dragă doamnă Jongerius,

   În ceea ce privește românii în cauză, vă întrebăm cu amabilitate, dar foarte, foarte urgent:
    -intreruperarea colaborarii PSD din România, în numele Partidului Arbeid (Partidul Muncii), în continuare cu dumneavoastră
    - să le cereți să justifice violența recent folosită împotriva demonstranților pașnici.
În opinia noastră, evoluțiile recente demonstrează suficient că PSD nu mai reprezintă în mod adecvat principiile socialiste europene, în special în ceea ce privește articolele 1,2,3 și 12 din declarația principiului PES. În plus, aceasta contestă dreptul la demonstrație, astfel cum este prevăzut de Convenția europeană privind drepturile omului în articolul 9-11:
    - pun în aplicare legi care legalizează corupția. Politicieni corupți în special evită această pedeapsă
    -prominanții care luptă cu succes împotriva corupției în sistemul judiciar, armată și poliție sunt concediați și înlocuiți cu oameni cu același sens cu PSD
    - mențin corupția și legislația prin care mor oameni nevinovați pentru că managementul rău și incompetent are șanse
    -in ultimele zile deranjeaza demonstrații pașnice pe toate căile: a pus polițiști militari (Jandarmeria)care au folosit spray cu piper, gaz lacrimogen, tunuri cu apă și grenade. Rezultat: mai mult de 450 de răniți, femei,bărbați,copii,vârstnici, chiar și persoanele cu handicap. Multe imagini video mărturisesc acest lucru.
    Ei ignoră complet protestele propriilor cetateni și încearcă să rămână la putere cu artefacte ostile
   - politicile lor polarizează cetatenii și destabilizează societatea la granița estică a UE
   - mulți membri ai PSD au un cazier judiciar. Ei nu ar trebui să stea în mod legal în parlament.
 Noi, românii din străinătate demonstrăm, dar suntem ignorați în propria noastră țară. Poate Europa să ne ajute ??? Subvențiile devin foarte rău.
 Colegilor dvs. din Danemarca și Suedia au fost, de asemenea, solicitat acest sprijin.

Dear Mrs Jongerius,

  As concerned Romanians we ask you kindly but very, very urgently:
    - the Romanian PSD, on behalf of the Partij van Arbeid (Labor Party), stop further cooperation with you
    - ask them to justify the recently used violence against peaceful demonstrators. In our view, recent developments sufficiently prove that the PSD no longer adequately represents the European Socialist principles, especially with regard to articles 1,2,3 and 12 of the PES principle statement. In addition, it challenges the right to demonstration, as laid down by the European Human Rights Convention in art 9-11:
    - they implement laws that legalize corruption. Especially corrupt politicians avoid such punishment
    -prominents who successfully fight corruption in the judiciary, army and police are fired and replaced by like-minded people with the PSD
    - they maintain corruption and legislation through which innocent people die because malicious and incompetent management gets chances
    -the last few days she bothered peaceful demonstrations in all possible ways and used the riot police (gendarmerie), who used pepper spray, (tear) gas, water cannon and even grenades. Result: more than 450 injured, women, men, children, the elderly, even the disabled. Many video images testify to this.
    They completely ignore protests from their own people and try to stay in power with hostile artifacts
   - their policies polarize the people and destabilize society at the eastern border of the EU
   - many members of the PSD have a criminal record. They should not legally sit in parliament.
 We, Romanians from the Netherlands and abroad demonstrate but are ignored and even opposed in our own country. Can Europe help us ??? Subsidies are getting really bad.
