An Asian country, Nepal has recently gone through a lot of political changes. Constitution Assembly built a federal constitution breaking the existing centralized system and claims that new constitution has eliminated all sorts of discrimination in Nepal.However, there still exists AGE LIMIT employment discrimination in Government Services.

Nepali citizen over 35 year of age is not eligible to apply for governmental job vacancy.The whole hiring  process is  controlled by Public Service Commission. It must be removed to create an equal opportunity employment for people.

In other developed nations, employment opportunity has no age limit at all; why we are still appreciating this limit in Nepal is very discouraging. Human civilization is enjoying free world order. At this context, this age bar for employment must end. This is discrimination. 

Removing this  limitation will open a wide range of opportunity to thousands of youth of Nepal.
