I hope this letter finds you well. We are a group Paradise Palms Resort Owners. we are writing to you today to address an urgent matter that affects all of us— the continuous and substantial hikes in our HOA fees over the past three years.

In the last three years, we have seen our HOA fees increase by 20% annually. Despite these steep hikes, the maintenance and services provided by our HOA have not improved. There has been no competitive bidding for contractors, which raises concerns about the effective management of our funds. We deserve transparency and accountability from those entrusted with our community's well-being.

This situation is not only frustrating but also unsustainable. As homeowners, we have the right to know why our fees are so much higher than similar HOA around us, how our money is being spent and to demand better value for our hard-earned dollars. Together, we can make a difference by standing united, voting and voicing our concerns.

If these practices continue, we will see our community deteriorates with the pricing of the houses dropping as the cost to maintain is higher than any profits the rentals and short-term rentals businesses can generate, reducing the number of investors and residents buying houses at Paradise Palms Resorts.
