Regretfully, in the last several years multiple restaurants have leased the property located at 8305 Bay Pines Blvd St. Petersburg, FL 33709. Sadly none of them have managed to maintain profitability and have closed. The latest being Blowfish Bar & Grill.

As of recently the property has fallen in to a dilapidated state. The property has not been maintained, the shrubery and grounds around the building have become overgrown, makeshift walls are up indicating some sort of construction that never took place, and most recently vagrants have taken up residence in and around the property.

All of these issues are of great concern to residents who frequent the other businesses in that immediate area (CVS Pharmacy, Cody's Original Roadhouse Grill, Target and Steak & Shake) and the property has become somewhat of a blight on an otherwise active corner.

As the property owner AGAE LLC has a responsbility to the community, and the other businesses around their property to ensure that their property does not create a safety concern. Presently it does not appear that is being done.

We are asking that AGAE LLC clean-up, maintain and ensure that their property located at 8305 Bay Pines Blvd in St. Petersburg remains safe, or have their property manager do the same in a reasonable time frame.
