Bullet Echo has built a global community, with players from every corner of the world. We believe that every player deserves the same opportunity to enjoy smooth, competitive gameplay—regardless of where they live.

Today,  African players connect to Central European servers and experience significantly higher latency than players in Europe. (90-250 depending on what part of Africa) In a game where every shot, ability, and reaction matters, higher ping can and will  put players at a disadvantage.

This isn't about asking for special treatment—it's about asking for equal access to a great gaming experience.

We respectfully ask ZeptoLab to:

Explore the demand for an African server.

Consider testing or deploying a dedicated server for Africa.

Continue improving connectivity for African players.

Africa is home to a rapidly growing gaming community. Better connectivity would not only improve the experience for existing players but could also help Bullet Echo reach even more people across the continent.

Everyone should get to play with good ping, regardless of where they're from.
