Taking away scoring, finals and rewards for under 10 kids does not teach our children how to be resilient or deal with loss.  What is wrong with striving to win, working with your team mates to be the best. Stop band aiding and wrapping our kids in cotton wool.  This change has devastated all the young boys who train hard every week. You will lose young players if they have nothing to play for. Bring back scoring and finals for our kids they are our future afl players.
