Advocate for Trevor Connell's Right to Appeal His Unjust Dismissal

The Issue

This petition calls attention to an unjust case of termination, impacting a dedicated employee named Trevor Connell who has been working hard for the shipping company, R&L Carriers, for over three years in Kansas City, MO, USA. A skilled forklift operator, Trevor has proven to be a reliable contributor to his shift that stretches from evening to pre-dawn hours (6 pm to between 3 am and 4 am), putting in his best Monday through Friday.

Much more than his formal duties, Trevor is known for exceeding expectations, always ready to assist coworkers, and guide newcomers who often seek his expertise. His dedication to his work and his team is nothing short of admirable. Trevor's commitment has always resonated throughout the workspace, embodying the spirit of solidarity, support, and setting a benchmark for his peers.

Yet, this hardworking individual has been, we believe, wrongfully terminated without a fair chance to appeal. This calls into question the fundamental principles of justice. We demand a thorough reassessment of Trevor Connell's dismissal, reflecting the values of fairness, equality, and due process, so Trevor can get the justice he deserves.

We invite everyone who values justice, worker’s rights, and the necessity of acknowledging an employee’s commitment, to sign this petition. Stand together to ensure Trevor has the right to appeal his wrongful termination. Trevor Connell has stated to HR that he is more than willing to serve suspension days, which by the way, in the 3 years he has been there has never served any. All we ask of this company known as R&L Carriers, is to show this hardworking employee the same and equal treatment when it comes to disciplinary actions.

Trevor Connell has given lots of his efforts and dedication to this company, so please sign this petition if you believe that Trevor deserves to keep his position at R&L Carriers. Thank you all!
