A skilled forklift operator, Trevor has proven to be a reliable contributor to his shift that stretches from evening to pre-dawn hours (6 pm to between 3 am and 4 am), putting in his best Monday through Friday.

Much more than his formal duties, Trevor is known for exceeding expectations, always ready to assist coworkers, and guide newcomers who often seek his expertise. His dedication to his work and his team is nothing short of admirable. Trevor's commitment has always resonated throughout the workspace, embodying the spirit of solidarity, support, and setting a benchmark for his peers.

Yet, this hardworking individual has been, we believe, wrongfully terminated without a fair chance to appeal. This calls into question the fundamental principles of justice. We demand a thorough reassessment of Trevor Connell's dismissal, reflecting the values of fairness, equality, and due process, so Trevor can get the justice he deserves.
