Stray Kids, with each of its eight vibrant and talented members (commonly known as OT8), deserve a nurturing environment that fosters creativity and well-being. Unfortunately, the recent changes in management have led to concerning practices, including overwork, favoritism, and obstruction of artistic expression.

The heart of the issue lies within the management itself. The new CEO has shown bias, reportedly favoring one member over the others which leads to exhaustion and unfair dynamics within the group. Notably, Felix is overworked due to this favoritism, and Han, an incredibly talented artist, is deprived of the opportunity to release his solo songs. This imbalance stifles the diverse potential of these artists and affects their creative outputs.

Moreover, Seungmin, despite his leg issues, isn't granted the rest he needs for recovery. This negligence places unnecessary physical and psychological burdens on him. Stray Kids is a cherished group worldwide for their unique artistry and professionalism. They deserve respect and care from their management to thrive truly.

We, as supportive fans, call for a reformative change in their management. We urge the reconsideration of their current CEO's position or the return of JYP, whose leadership previously ensured a more balanced and just environment. A systematic change is crucial to dismantle favoritism, provide equitable treatment, and prioritize rest and creativity for all members.
