Thank you for reaching out to Animal Services. Currently, there are no removal plans in relation to “Bunny” the coyote. Removal of any wildlife is always the last option after all other options have been exhausted. Any situation that may involve removal of wildlife will be thoroughly investigated before any determination of removal is considered.

As per your citation of the Firearms bylaw for Mississauga, Bylaw officers including Animal Services Officers do not carry firearms.
