I am a proud owner of an XL Bully, a breed often misunderstood and unfairly stigmatized. My dog is gentle and loving, yet we live under constant restrictions due to the breed's reputation. This ban is heartbreaking for me and many others who know these dogs as soft-hearted companions rather than dangerous animals.

XL Bullies, like any other breeds, are capable of living normal dog lives if given the right environment and training. However, they are currently facing unjust discrimination based on misconceptions about their nature. According to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA), breed-specific legislation does not enhance public safety or reduce dog bite incidents but instead creates hardship for responsible pet owners while failing to address the root cause of dog aggression (ASPCA).
