Judge Lasalle, head of New York appellate division, wrongfully denied my son with adhd, cancer and autism an American with Disabilities advocate.

Ada advocates provide enormous support and resources for the disabled to obtain the best reasonable accommodations necessary to be on equal playing field to nondisabled children.  Trained advocates provide extra auxiliary aides, Resources and tools to disabled children to help them succeed.

Please support my petition for every disabled child in New York to be provided with an American with disabilities advocate in family and divorce court.

With reasonable accommodations, the disabled can accomplish anything!  

Please tell Judge Lasalle to reverse his attached order and grant an ada advocate to a disabled child.
