I believe that Cannabis, to truly exhibit its soothing and relaxing effects, needs a higher concentration of the psychoactive component THC. Having experienced its positive effects in countries where it is legally accessible, I can vouch for the benefits that Cannabis offers. 

Countries with legal Cannabis have regulations in place that ensure responsible consumption and cultivation, but there is still room for improving these standards. Currently, many legal markets have THC limits that do not allow consumers to fully benefit from Cannabis's potential. Establishing a cap at 40% THC would provide an optimal experience for those who rely on Cannabis for medicinal or recreational purposes.

High-THC Cannabis can aid in relieving stress and anxiety, provide relaxation, and improve overall wellbeing. However, excessive THC levels can lead to detrimental effects, which is why I propose a legal cap at 40%. This limit not only ensures safety but also promotes responsible usage.

This would drastically reduce the risk of contamination and dangerous additives, helping to prevent cases of cannabinoid-induced psychosis and other serious health issues. By creating a safe, controlled market, we can protect public health while weakening the illegal drug trade.
