Advance Tupper's Commitment to Truth and Reconciliation.
The Issue
For multiple years now Tupper has done next to nothing to address the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.
This year for NDTR, students viewed a 1 minute 32 second video intended for an audience of 3-10 year old children.
There was no school wide involvement, no formal acknowledgement from administration, and no observed further discussion or action.
Picture day was a higher priority than NDTR.
Signing here shows that Tupper’s community believes that this is unacceptable, that systems and leaders must be held accountable, and that we must see real action and progress moving forward.
