Adobe has made the decision to pull the plug on Flash.

If you have been around the internet for almost any amount of time, you have come across Flash used in websites, games, animations for such a long time, as thus it has culminated so much content that is near and dear to people. With flash gone, many people will never be able to see some things online that they have adored for years and years.

 A solution would be to make flash completely open source, to be worked on not by Adobe, but by the people that love it more than anything else on the internet, saving over 2 decades of content from being lost forever if Flash is killed completely.
