Allen Fortner of Animal Control recently proposed a euthanasia program for stray cats in Lee County of Virginia. Sign this petition to tell Poe and the Board Of Supervisors that this program shouldn't exist. Fortner says overpopulation of cats in Lee is a problem. There is a better solution to this issue he exaggerates. This petition will be sent to Poe and those Supervisors. It will also be sent to our state's Governor. Many organizations for animal rights will receive this petition. This proposal is disgusting. We must do something about it.
