Recently, the South Carolina Board of Education passed a law banning the use of phones, earbuds, smart watches, and any other electronic devices besides school equipment, to be used from bell to bell. Students AND Staff are being negatively affected by this, with more noise in the classroom and independent learning areas, no student can focus.
