Our beloved Secy Vishal Garg left the PPOC Whatsapp group on 5th August 2021 in evening. He being very learned and knowledgeable soul, his absence affects the members of PPOC Whatsapp group. I was deeply saddened and traumatised to see Vishal Garg had left the group. Though after sometime when got back into my senses I though to do something about this urgently.
