I had worn numerous pairs of these shoes, and only these shoes, for over 10 years during high school and college. Myself, and all my groomsmen even wore them in my wedding. After 10 years my last pair finally bit the dust. These shoes are still popular and everyone had a pair back in high school or college.

The goal is to get Adidas to bring back these shoes, even if only for a limited edition/limited run promotion. Bringing back the SS2G will not only help the bottom line, but it should make many customers happy in a time many customers are looking for a new shoe company.
